PyPath

Privacy policy

PyPath does not collect any personal data.

Last updated:

In short

No account, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. Your progress stays on your own device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud. The developer of PyPath cannot access it.

What the app stores

Your progress (completed lessons, your code, XP, streak, badges and settings) is stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, that progress is also stored in your own private iCloud storage, so it stays in sync between your iPhone, iPad and Mac. That data lives in your iCloud account; the developer of PyPath cannot see it.

Your code

The Python code you write runs inside the app itself. Nothing is sent to a server.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. PyPath only learns from Apple which parts you have bought, not who you are or how you pay.

No tracking, no ads, no analytics

PyPath uses no advertising networks, analytics services or trackers, and shares nothing with third parties.

Children

PyPath collects data from no one, including children.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from third parties: no external fonts, scripts or videos. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages. As with any website, the host processes technical data such as your IP address in order to serve and secure the pages. You can read more in GitHub's privacy statement.

Changes

If anything changes in what PyPath stores, we will update this page and put the new date at the top.
